At the beginning of this year a major reorganization took place at NAIVAWASS. Management positions were redefined, departments were shuffled and job descriptions altered. Staff suddenly had to adjust to the new environment and this proved challenging in the beginning.
After a few months, people got used to the new situation and work processes started to become a daily routine. However it might be in people's head how their work should be executed, who to work with and whose responsibility is what, but it for sustainability it is quite important to map these work processes.
To give this a kick-start a short term expert from Evides, Pieter Schäfer, collaborated three weeks with the Internal Auditor, Juddy Wahu, of NAIVAWASS.
Interactive sessions with staff were held to map the processes and later they were documented in soft. By the end of this calender year all of the work processes should be engineered and incorporated in the to be revised department manuals.
